Shipping FAQ
I currently only offer shipping to the United States. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and am working to expand my shipping options in the future.
I aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery times vary, but standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
USPS & UPS DELAYS:
Please understand I am dedicated to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery process for your orders. However, please be advised that I cannot be held accountable for delays that may occur due to circumstances beyond my control, specifically those related to USPS and UPS.
These delays can result from issues such as weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Bubbly Baddiez is NOT responsible for any delays on USPS &/or UPS part.
In the event that your tracking number indicates your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, I recommend reaching out to your local USPS and/or UPS office for immediate assistance. Their team is well-equipped to help you locate your package and address any concerns you may have.

Returns & Store Policies

Thank you for choosing Bubbly Baddiez Kawaii Shop. I want to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable and transparent.
Please review my store policies below:
1. Payment Processing Fees: Once a payment is processed, both Bubbly Baddiez and the buyer acknowledge that payment processing fees are non-refundable.
2. Damaged Items: Bubbly Baddiez is not responsible if CUSTOMER damages item(s) in any way, shape or form.
In the event that your item ARRIVES damaged, please e-mail me within 24 hours of the USPS or UPS tracking showing the package as delivered with a picture of the damaged item. I will send out another package free of charge, or offer a full refund.
3. Lost Packages: Bubbly Baddiez is not responsible for lost packages. I recommend contacting the respective postal service for assistance.
4. Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive the wrong item by mistake, please email me with a subject line, along with proof of your order (order info) and pictures of the received items. I will work diligently to correct the issue, free of charge.
5. Insufficient Addresses: When checking out, ensure you provide your FULL address, including house, apartment, unit, etc. Bubbly Baddiez is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.
6. Package Returns: If a package is sent back due to an address issue, I will notify you. Please double-check your address at checkout to prevent shipping complications.
7. Product Liability: Bubbly Baddiez Kawaii Shop cannot be held liable for any allergies, injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of my products.
